Spearheaded a project on Grievance Redressal and Feedback System for AIIMS, New Delhi, one of the largest hospitals and the best medical college in India. Worked under Assistant Professor Amar Arora and Assistant Professor Amrit Pal in association with the Director of AIIMS Dr M. Srinivas. Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement an efficient web and QR code-based platform using PHP, JavaScript, SQL etc. Collaborated closely with the frontend development team to integrate their components seamlessly with the backend, resulting in a cohesive and user-friendly system interface. Expected to enable almost 30,00,000 patients yearly to submit their grievances and provide feedback easily through a user-friendly interface. Integrated automated mobile notifications to keep patients informed about the progress of their grievances, leading to an expected 50% reduction in response time and an enhanced sense of transparency in the grievance resolution process
