Worked closely with Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting, Moumita Tiwari, to spearhead an analytic project on 843,502 employee reviews from Fortune 500 and S&P 500 companies. Also worked on CSR data from more than 1500 companies and analyzed their various trends and their effects over time, during and after COVID-19. Worked extensively in natural language processing to analyze sentiment from employee reviews and extract critical hypotheses from them. Developed and implemented data analysis pipelines to extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets and then conducted statistical analysis and hypothesis testing, identifying significant factors influencing employee satisfaction and retention.
